Your smartphone becomes your remote control for changing programs, adjusting the volume, muting your hearing aids, activating streaming options and personalizing your sound. Compatibility

In order to connect your hearing aids directly to your smartphone or tablet and to use the HearLink 2 app, your iOS or Android device needs to be compatible. We have tested a long list of devices and listed the compatible devices.

Get started with the app

  1. Download the Philips HearLink 2 app from the App Store or get it on Google Play.
  2. Make sure your hearing aids are paired to your iPhone or Android smartphone.
  3. Open the app on your phone and follow the short introduction on how to use the app.
